According to Defence Blog, the Cabinet of Ministers has introduced a bill titled “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Improvement of Certain Issues of Mobilization, Military Registration, and Military Service” to the Verkhovna Rada. While the military routinely assesses its needs for ammunition, weaponry, and personnel, Zaluzhnyi stated that no specific number for mobilization had been officially requested. He highlighted the importance of maintaining military secrecy regarding detailed figures and emphasized that the General Staff does not possess legislative authority to initiate such actions. Zaluzhnyi reassured that the Armed Forces are in close collaboration with the Ministry of Defense and the legislative authority to ensure a coordinated defense strategy.
