By accessing or using any website, forum, blog, comment area, account feature, tool, membership feature, digital content, or other service operated by Uncrowned Empire, LLC, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Our Services are not directed to children under 13.
You may not create an account or use interactive community features if you are under 13 years old.
If you are at least 13 but under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements or have the required permission.
We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts if we believe the age requirements have not been met.
3. Accounts and Security
Some features require an account.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Activity that occurs under your account
Using a secure password
Not sharing your account with others
Not allowing others to access restricted areas through your account
You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access if that access results from your failure to protect your login credentials.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, trade, or assign your account to another person.
4. Community Rules and User Conduct
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines and all applicable site rules.
You may not use the Services to:
Violate any law or regulation
Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or intimidate others
Post hateful, violent, obscene, exploitative, or unlawful content
Harm, exploit, or target minors
Impersonate staff, users, companies, public figures, organizations, brands, or official representatives
Post private personal information without permission
Send spam, scams, phishing links, or deceptive messages
Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files
Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
Evade bans, suspensions, restrictions, or moderation actions
Collect personal data from other users without permission
Post or promote illegal goods, stolen goods, stolen accounts, stolen keys, controlled substances, weapons, regulated items, or prohibited services
Use AI-generated or manipulated content to deceive, impersonate, fake evidence, fake media, or misrepresent real events
Post dangerous instructions or unsafe guidance intended to facilitate harm, abuse, evasion, violence, or illegal activity
We may remove, edit, hide, move, lock, restrict, or moderate content or accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or the spirit of our community standards.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
Uncrowned Empire may moderate the Services at our discretion.
We may issue warnings, warning points, content removals, posting restrictions, account suspensions, account bans, or other moderation actions.
We may act immediately in cases involving severe violations, safety concerns, legal concerns, spam, scams, malware, doxxing, child exploitation, threats, ban evasion, dangerous instructions, or other serious misconduct.
Moderation decisions are made by staff based on context, severity, user history, intent, risk, and disruption to the community.
We are not required to host, preserve, restore, or explain the removal of any content or account, though we may provide notices or appeal options when appropriate.
6. User Content
You may be able to submit, post, upload, publish, display, or share content through the Services. This may include forum posts, comments, blogs, images, files, links, messages, profile information, signatures, reviews, opinions, guides, tutorials, discussions, media, and other user-generated material.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you are responsible for that content.
By submitting content to the Services, you confirm that:
You have the right to submit it
It does not violate the rights of others
It does not violate these Terms or our policies
It does not contain unlawful, misleading, harmful, unsafe, deceptive, or prohibited material
7. License to User Content
By submitting content to the Services, you grant Uncrowned Empire, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify for formatting or moderation, archive, and promote that content in connection with operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Services.
This license allows us to:
Display your posts, comments, blogs, uploads, and profile content
Preserve discussion threads and community context
Format content for display across devices
Quote, preview, or promote public content
Moderate, edit, move, hide, or remove content when needed
Maintain backups, archives, logs, and security records
Continue displaying public content after account closure where needed to preserve the community record
This license does not give us ownership of your content.
If you delete content or close your account, some public content, quotes, replies, logs, backups, moderation records, or archived materials may remain where needed for community integrity, legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, or normal site operations.
8. Ideas, Suggestions, and Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, proposals, feature requests, feedback, corrections, or other contributions to Uncrowned Empire, you agree that they are not confidential unless we separately agree in writing.
We may use, modify, publish, or develop similar ideas without obligation, compensation, or credit.
9. Community Blogs, Opinions, Affiliate Content, and Sponsored Content
Our Services may include community-driven areas such as forums, blogs, comments, reviews, recommendations, discussions, and user-created resources.
Content posted in community areas is the responsibility of the person who posted it. Community content does not necessarily represent the views, opinions, endorsements, or editorial position of Uncrowned Empire, LLC.
Community blogs and forum posts may include opinions, reviews, recommendations, affiliate links, sponsored content, promotions, personal projects, creator content, or staff-created non-editorial content, where allowed by our rules.
Users and staff are responsible for clearly disclosing material connections when relevant, including:
Affiliate links
Sponsored content
Paid promotions
Free products
Review codes
Referral bonuses
Personal business interests
Other relationships that may affect a recommendation
Official articles, guides, editorial content, news coverage, and site resources may be subject to stricter editorial, affiliate, AI, disclosure, and correction rules.
10. AI-Generated and Manipulated Content
AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be allowed when it follows our policies and is not deceptive.
You may not use AI-generated or manipulated content to:
Impersonate real people
Create deepfakes
Fake screenshots, gameplay, documents, charts, evidence, quotes, product results, technical findings, historical material, or media
Misrepresent real events
Mislead users
Evade moderation
Harass others
Commit fraud, scams, or phishing
Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
Official Uncrowned Empire content may also be subject to our AI Use Policy.
Users remain responsible for content they post, even when AI tools helped create it.
11. Topic-Sensitive Content
Some Uncrowned Empire sites may discuss topics that require extra care, including gaming, technology, cybersecurity, digital rights, military history, defense technology, home security, preparedness, entertainment, consumer tools, current events, or other specialized subjects.
These topics may be discussed in good faith for educational, historical, journalistic, defensive, safety-focused, or community purposes.
However, users may not use the Services to facilitate harm, illegal activity, unsafe conduct, cyber abuse, violence, unlawful sales, evasion of law, or dangerous instructions.
12. Intellectual Property
The Services, including our logos, names, branding, layouts, graphics, software, code, design elements, written content, databases, and other materials, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from our Services or content unless permitted by law or authorized by us in writing.
You may not use Uncrowned Empire names, logos, branding, or trademarks without written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Uncrowned Empire intellectual property to you.
13. Copyright Complaints and Intellectual Property Reports
If you believe content on our Services infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with enough information to identify the content and your claim.

We may remove, restrict, or review content in response to valid intellectual property complaints.
14. Monetization, Advertising, Affiliate Links, and Sponsorships
Uncrowned Empire may support the Services through advertising, affiliate links, sponsorships, supporter memberships, social media monetization, direct placements, or similar methods.
Guests and unregistered visitors may see third-party ads, affiliate-link conversion, analytics scripts, or other monetization features.
Registered users may receive a cleaner experience where configured, including reduced or removed standard display ads, affiliate conversion, or analytics placements.
Affiliate links may allow Uncrowned Empire, LLC or users to earn commissions from qualifying purchases or actions. Affiliate links do not change the price you pay.
Sponsors, advertisers, affiliate partners, and monetization programs do not receive control over official editorial coverage, moderation decisions, reviews, recommendations, or community enforcement.

15. Payments, Supporter Memberships, and Refunds
Uncrowned Empire may offer voluntary supporter memberships, paid features, donations, sponsorships, or other paid options.
Paid options are intended to support the Services and may include limited benefits. Unless otherwise stated, paid memberships or supporter features are not required for basic community participation.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. We do not directly store full payment card details.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, payments, donations, sponsorships, supporter memberships, and digital benefits are non-refundable.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue paid features, supporter benefits, sponsorship options, or membership options at any time.
16. Contests, Giveaways, and Promotions
From time to time, Uncrowned Empire or community members may host contests, giveaways, events, or promotions.
Additional rules may apply to those activities. If specific rules are posted for a contest, giveaway, promotion, or event, those rules control that activity.
We may cancel, modify, or disqualify participation in contests or giveaways if we believe there is fraud, abuse, technical failure, rule violations, unsafe conduct, or unfair behavior.
Community-run giveaways or promotions are the responsibility of the person or organization running them unless clearly stated otherwise.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links, embeds, ads, affiliate links, sponsor links, videos, social media posts, storefront links, tools, widgets, or other third-party content.
We do not control third-party websites, platforms, retailers, services, payment processors, advertisers, affiliate networks, or embedded content providers.
When you leave our Services or interact with a third-party service, that third party’s own terms, privacy policy, cookies, tracking tools, refund rules, account requirements, and policies may apply.
Uncrowned Empire is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, accuracy, policies, purchases, refunds, or actions.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle information.
We do not sell user data. We do not provide private user data to AI tools for training, profiling, or analysis.

19. No Professional Advice
Content on the Services is provided for informational, editorial, entertainment, educational, or community discussion purposes.
The Services may include discussions about gaming, technology, cybersecurity, software, consumer tools, digital rights, defense, military history, home security, preparedness, health, finance, law, or other topics. This content is not professional advice.
You should not rely on content from the Services as legal, medical, financial, security, investment, safety, technical, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for verifying information and consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.
20. Accuracy, Errors, and Omissions
The Services may contain errors, outdated information, incomplete information, broken links, incorrect prices, changed offers, outdated guides, inaccurate user posts, outdated technical information, or other mistakes.
News, guides, prices, platform availability, promotions, software information, product availability, technical details, events, and online services can change quickly.
We may correct, update, clarify, remove, or modify content at any time without prior notice.

22. Termination and Account Restrictions
You may request account closure by contacting us.
We may restrict, suspend, terminate, anonymize, or remove accounts for reasons including:
Violation of these Terms
Violation of Community Guidelines or other policies
Spam, scams, abuse, fraud, or security issues
Legal requests or legal concerns
Non-payment, where applicable
Ban evasion or duplicate abuse accounts
Extended inactivity, where applicable
Risk to the Services, users, staff, or community
Termination may include loss of access to your account, content, private messages, memberships, features, or community areas.
Some public content, logs, moderation records, backups, quotes, or archives may remain after account closure where needed for community integrity, legal compliance, security, or normal operations.
23. Account Non-Transferability and Deceased Users
Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
You may not sell, trade, give away, or transfer your account.
If we receive credible notice that an account holder is deceased, we may close, restrict, memorialize, anonymize, or otherwise manage the account at our discretion.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncrowned Empire disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that:
The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Content will be accurate, complete, or current
Defects will be corrected immediately
Files or links will be free of harmful components
The Services will meet your expectations
Third-party services will remain available or safe
You use the Services at your own risk.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncrowned Empire, LLC and its owners, staff, moderators, contributors, affiliates, partners, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
This includes damages related to:
Loss of data
Lost profits
Lost access
Account restrictions
Content removal
Downtime
Security issues
Third-party links or services
User disputes
Purchases from third parties
Errors or omissions
Use or inability to use the Services
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
26. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Uncrowned Empire, LLC and its owners, staff, moderators, contributors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your account activity
Your submitted content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or regulation
Your violation of another person’s rights
Your affiliate, sponsored, promotional, or commercial activity
Your misuse of AI-generated or manipulated content
Your misuse of topic-sensitive content or unsafe guidance
27. Release
You release Uncrowned Empire, LLC from claims, demands, damages, disputes, or liability arising from your interactions with other users, third-party websites, advertisers, sponsors, affiliate partners, retailers, platforms, or external services.
We are not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties.
28. Government Requests and Legal Compliance
We may preserve, disclose, or provide information when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to:
Comply with legal obligations
Respond to valid legal requests
Protect our rights, safety, users, staff, or property
Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
Enforce these Terms or our policies
Prevent harm or illegal activity
29. International Access
Uncrowned Empire, LLC is based in the United States.
If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws.
We do not guarantee that the Services are appropriate, available, or lawful in every location.
30. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the Court of Common Pleas of Columbia County, Pennsylvania, or the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, as applicable.
You and Uncrowned Empire, LLC agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive objections to venue.
31. Time Limit for Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising from or related to the Services or these Terms must be filed within one year after the claim arose.
Claims filed after that period are permanently barred.

You are responsible for keeping your account email address current.
Continued use of the Services after notices or policy updates means you accept the updated terms or policies.

These Terms supersede prior versions or agreements related to the Services.
