SK Guns Opens Pre-Orders for Julius Caesar 1911
SK Guns has introduced the Julius Caesar 1911, the third release in its historically themed Conquerors Series. Built on a Colt 1911 and chambered in .38 Super, the limited-edition pistol uses engraved scenes to depict events from Caesar’s military and political career.

Production is limited to 200 units. Pre-orders are open at $2,900, with shipping expected to begin in late October 2026. SK Guns says the price will increase to the standard MSRP when the limited run formally launches, although the future price has not been provided.
Finish and Controls
The pistol has a high-polish Colt Royal Blue finish accented by 24-karat gold-plated controls. The gold components include the hammer, trigger, and safety.
Presentation-style black Kirinite grips carry color-filled engravings of Caesar’s portrait and the Conquerors Series logo. The design combines those grip panels with extensive historical engraving across the slide and its upper surface.
Engraved Historical Scenes
The right side of the slide depicts Caesar crossing the Rubicon in January 49 BC. The crossing marked his entry from Cisalpine Gaul into territory associated with Rome and helped initiate the Great Roman Civil War.

On the left side, the engraving focuses on the Gallic Wars and Rome’s conquest of Gaul, a campaign that began in 58 BC and expanded Roman control along its northern boundaries.
Additional imagery appears on top of the slide. Near the rear sight is a depiction of the Temple of Divus Julius, which was erected in Caesar’s honor following his assassination. A portrait showing Caesar in his prime is positioned near the front sight.
Conquerors Series
The Julius Caesar model follows Conquerors Series editions dedicated to Alexander the Great and Hernan Cortez. As with those predecessors, the new release uses narrative engraving tied to the featured historical figure rather than a primarily ornamental pattern.
The Colt 1911 platform remains the common foundation, while the finish, grip treatment, and engraved scenes distinguish the Julius Caesar production.
Specifications and Availability
The Julius Caesar 1911 is chambered in .38 Super and limited to 200 examples. Its principal features include a Royal Blue high-polish finish, 24-karat gold hammer, trigger, and safety, and black Kirinite presentation grips with color-filled artwork.
Pre-order pricing is $2,900. Shipping is scheduled for late October 2026, and pricing is expected to rise to an unspecified MSRP at the formal launch.
